Brad Hicks

Real World Experience. Proven Leadership.

Brad Hicks is a proud husband, father, Medford resident, and longtime Southern Oregonian. Brad grew up in Grants Pass, learning the value of hard work by stocking shelves in his family's grocery store.

For more than 30 years, Brad served our community at the Chamber of Medford & Jackson County, including as President and CEO. He helped create local jobs, fought for working families and small businesses, brought people together, and created opportunities for the next generation of Southern Oregonians.

Brad never planned on running for office. But after watching Salem's supermajority turn Oregon into the fifth least affordable state in America, force local legends like Dutch Bros to flee Oregon, eliminate high school graduation requirements, pass devastating wildfire mandates, and create a housing crisis that is pricing working families and first-time homebuyers out of the market, he could no longer sit on the sidelines.

The Salem status quo is not working. Brad is running because Southern Oregon deserves fresh, independent, accountable leadership.

Brad will fight for a government that listens to communities rather than orders them around. He is committed to working across the aisle to bring the ABC’s back to Salem: Affordability, Balance, and Common Sense. Brad will always put the people of District 3 first, not political parties or special interests. He will focus on practical solutions, real accountability, and results that make life better for Southern Oregon families.

Brad isn’t a career politician. He is a proven leader with the real-world experience Oregon needs. In the State Senate, Brad will fight tirelessly to make Southern Oregon the best place to live, work, raise a family, and build a future.
